The following applies only if you wish to move your data and Stock Portfolio Organizer to a new machine. If you want to use Stock Portfolio Organizer on more than one machine, the following instructions do not apply.

1. Open Stock Portfolio Organizer.
2. Open the ‘Licensing’ window.
3. Click ‘Uninstall License’ and wait for it to complete. Make sure you are connected to the internet when you do this.
4. Follow the steps outlined in the Backup/Restore page to create a backup of your data.
5. Install Stock Portfolio Organizer on your new computer.
6. Open Stock Portfolio Organizer on your new computer and activate your license.
7. Close Stock Portfolio Organizer.
8. Follow the steps outlined in the Backup/Restore page to restore the backup of your data you made earlier.
9. You should now have successfully moved Stock Portfolio Organizer to your new computer.
